Each has a quiet entrance tone; switch added sounds off to compare. A static version is selected automatically for reduced motion. Optional captions are an automatic draft; the cards contain reflection summaries.

After watching

Could you immediately connect the voice to Beth or Maria? Did the layered halo stay clearly associated with that person? Do the entrance tones help, or should the existing voice track stand alone?

Record: Keep or revise the halo placement and motion; choose whether to retain the optional entrance tones.

After watching

Does the audio-led form serve the learning objective? Which actions, if any, must learners actually see? Are the prompts clear and appropriately timed?

Record: Accept the proposed form, revise the prompts, or provide synchronized footage. Ask the clinical reviewer to identify any content corrections.

Close with decisions and owners.

Allow roughly 10–15 minutes for both clips and discussion. Record the requested changes, the person resolving each one, and whether a further review is needed. Keep caption corrections tied to what is actually spoken.
