# TINES — Thursday group review

Draft 02, prepared September 5, 2026 for Thursday, September 10. Based on Clean Edit v2. Clinical, caption and production decisions remain open.

## What changed

The earlier layered thought graphics are restored **over the actual person thinking**. Beth has layered open arcs; Maria has concentric ripples and a small voice wave. The graphic responds to the existing thought voice track. The small decorative halo on the cue card has been removed. Reflection summaries remain below the picture.

Quiet, distinct two-note entrance tones are an optional addition for this draft. The web player lets you turn them off while keeping the original voices. Motion and added sounds can be selected independently. The assessment proposal is unchanged from Draft 01.

## Before the meeting

Open the Thursday page at http://127.0.0.1:4193/review/thursday.html while the local server is running, or unzip this pack and play the MP4 files on the presentation computer. Test picture and sound on the actual equipment.

There are four 46-second thought videos: animated or static halos, each with optional entrance tones or original sound. Files containing `Original_Sound` preserve the source excerpt audio; the other two add the entrance tones. Select a static version for reduced motion. Load `Tines_Thursday_Thoughts_DRAFT_01.srt` or `.vtt` for optional captions in a standalone player. Captions remain automatic drafts; reflection cards are summaries. The assessment has visible draft captions.

## A 10–15 minute run of show

1. Introduce the two decisions: how to associate each inner voice with the person thinking, and how to present the assessment.
2. Play `Tines_Thursday_Thoughts_Speaker_Halo_DRAFT_02.mp4` (Room 01 03:00–03:46). Ask whether the voice immediately connects to Beth or Maria, whether the layered graphic is clear without covering expressions, and whether the motion helps. Compare the static version if useful.
3. Compare with `Tines_Thursday_Thoughts_Speaker_Halo_Original_Sound_DRAFT_02.mp4` at the same device volume. Decide whether the quiet entrance tones help or should be omitted.
4. Play `Tines_Thursday_Assessment_DRAFT_01.mp4` (about 58 seconds; Room 01 01:40–02:37.688). This unchanged proposal includes the permission exchange and selected assessment take with four listening prompts. The full encounter retains its assessment picture placeholder.
5. Ask whether the form supports the learning objective, which examination actions must be visible, and whether prompt wording or timing needs revision. Record clinical corrections against the actual take.
6. Assign an owner and next review step to each requested change. These excerpt decisions do not approve the full encounter, caption track, mix, learner pilot or venue delivery.
